Patrick Dannelly has over 25 years of financial management, senior business leadership, and consulting experience. Mr. Dannelly served as a senior manager at Deloitte before joining as VP of Finance at eSpire Communications. He eventually founded Dannelly Consulting, and has provided financial services to federal programs and high-end companies.

Katy Richardson brings a unique blend of accounting expertise and founder-level, boots-on-the-ground experience to drive operational efficiency for franchise owners. She transitioned from a corporate accounting career in 2011 to open the first Neighborhood Barre studio in Knoxville, driven by a passion for making boutique fitness more approachable. Katy has since focused on scaling brands while ensuring franchisees have the tools and support needed for sustained success.

With nearly a decade in franchise fitness, Marley Delaney began her career at a large fitness franchise, where she quickly advanced to lead marketing efforts and collaborate across multiple brands. She now focuses on driving efficiency and scalability for small business owners, aiming to boost brand presence, attract new users, and turn clients into brand ambassadors.
